WORKING AT GIESINGER BRÄU
In our inn, things that belong together come together.
We offer our guests Bavarian cuisine at its best, using regionally typical ingredients, special preparation methods and unique dishes that characterize Bavarian culture.
With approximately 200 seats comfortably spread across three rooms, easy access by public transport, and a central location between two churches on Giesinger Berg, we offer an additional 120 seats (some covered) on two quiet terraces in the courtyard and in front of the Luther Church. Whether for a casual meal or a special event, our inn provides the perfect setting.
Sustainability begins with us in the brewing kettle.

We use regional ingredients and ensure short supply chains. Our processes are resource-efficient – from water consumption to energy generation. Malt residues are reused, for example in regional bakeries, and the entire brewing process is transparent and open to visitors. In this way, we raise awareness of genuine craftsmanship and responsible enjoyment.
OUR GASTRONOMY STANDS FOR REGIONALITY AND QUALITY.
