We've always thought sustainably. So it was logical that we took the initiative in 1845 when it came to saving various hop breeding strains that were being experimentally grown in a field from destruction. Instead, we brewed a wonderful pale bock beer from them, which, thanks to its exceptional hopiness, has become an insider tip. Unfortunately, our stocks quickly disappeared due to high demand. The solution: together with the hop breeder, we created a new hop variety: The UNIQUE hop has since given our M-UNIQUE its valuable uniqueness.
