We've always been committed to sustainability. So it was only natural that we took the initiative when, in 1845, it came to saving 1,845 different hop varieties, experimentally cultivated in a field, from being destroyed. Instead, we brewed a wonderful pale bock beer from them, which, thanks to its exceptional hoppiness, has become a well-kept secret. The only problem was that, due to high demand, our stocks quickly dwindled. The solution: together with the hop breeder, we created a new hop variety: UNIQUE hops have since given our M-UNIQUE its valuable uniqueness.
